Probate Glossary

Understanding Texas Probate Law Terminology

My goal with this information is to offer valuable information on the probate process from a Texas attorney who understands the rules and regulations of Texas Probate Law. Probate is a process by which the estate of a deceased person is both validated and executed. The probate process can be a long and costly one, and those that are unfamiliar with the whole concept often have many questions regarding this process.

As an initial step in understanding the probate process, I have created a probate glossary that defines some of the most common terms used in the discussion of probate law. Browse the links to the right to find definitions of some of these terms.  If you are currently going through the probate process yourself and need reliable advice? I can help you with your Probate questions. Please contact me for more help.
