The Governors of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama each proclaimed Sunday, June 27, 2010 as a day of prayer for the healing of individuals and restoration of the Gulf Coast environment following the devastating oil spill after the Deepwater Horizon's explosion and sinking.
